MY BACKGROUND

In order to provide some credibility to what I write, my professional qualifications are outlined below:

I graduated from University of Malaya in 1999 and obtained Master of Surgery from the National University of Malaysia in 2008. I went on to complete Board of Urology Malaysia Certification in 2012, and FRCS (Urol) (Glasg) from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow in 2013. I then undertook a 15-month fellowship in pediatric urology at the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital in 2014. Since my return to Malaysia, I have been working as Consultant Urologist with the Ministry of Health Malaysia since 2015, and as sessional Consultant Urologist in the private health care sector since 2018. My areas of special interest are pediatric urology, reconstructive, and functional urology.

My curriculum vitae is available in other professional websites and an updated version will be uploaded in time.
